The Role
We’re looking for an ambitious and commercially minded People Partner to support our growing teams across Europe.
This is an opportunity for someone who already has strong HR operational foundations and is ready to continue developing broader People Partnering capability in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
You’ll work closely with managers and employees across the business, supporting everything from employee relations and performance conversations to onboarding, organisational growth, process improvement, and People projects.
This role is hands-on. You’ll need to be comfortable operating operationally while also thinking about how we scale smarter, improve manager capability, and build better People practices globally.
If you enjoy pace, ownership, and variety, you’ll thrive here.
