Senior Crm/Power Platform Developer

Role: Senior Software Engineer- MS Power Platform / Dynamics CRM

Where the job is based: Bangalore/Pune
Experience: 5+ Years

This role demands 3 days of work from the office every week and occasional out-of-hours working to support customer interests.

Responsibilities:

You’ll probably need to demonstrate at least some experience with;

• Building custom Dynamics CRM solutions, principally via CRMOL and including extensive presentation of bespoke business processes

• Understanding and implementing solutions architected using service orientated, distributed, microservice and other patterns appropriate to identified requirements

• Building complimentary solutions that integrate with CRM back-ends, such as customer portals and integrations with other systems

• Working closely and effectively within a multi-developer team

• Reviewing documentation, designs and implemented solutions alike to ensure proposed approaches are implementable

• Creating clear and effective documentation across multiple channels

• Being highly delivery focused and engaging effectively with all types of team members to drive projects forwards

• Other tasks as reasonably requested

Required Skills:

• Dynamics 365 CRM / Power Platform implementation and extensive customization

• Strong experience with Model-Driven Apps, Custom Pages, Power Automate, and Power Pages

• Strong C# development to support bespoke Plugins, Custom APIs, and Workflow development

• Strong JavaScript/HTML/CSS/Web API development to support bespoke interface development

• Strong general .NET development to support peripheral technologies such as bespoke processing,

• Integrations, and customer/supplier portals • Insightful entity architecture, grounded in solid MS/Fetch SQL

• Excellent communicator, capable of engaging at all levels with customers

• Distributed team development including source control appreciation, especially Git and CI/CD

• Intermediate-level Power Platform Admin Center knowledge

• Intermediate understanding of the CI/CD process

• Solid understanding of solution management

Experience in development of Advanced Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI

Desirable Skills:

Candidates are expected to have some of the following skills;

• Experience with Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) development

• Azure portfolio implementation, especially Service Bus

• Technical documentation

• Fundamental understanding of Azure Portal (Azure Functions, App Registrations, Key Vault, etc.)

• Practical knowledge of Azure DevOps/JIRA

• Familiarity with C# and JavaScript unit testing

• Basic knowledge of Canvas Apps

• Wider Dynamics ecosystem technologies including MSE and DM
