Our AI runs the full trade and distribution end-to-end: sourcing, quality, pricing, sales, logistics, and embedded financing. For the customer, it feels like buying from their preferred local supplier; for our partners, it is the most convenient and safe way to do business across borders. We offer a highly competitive compensation package with On-Target Earnings (OTE) of €100,000, designed to reward high performance and results. This includes a strong base salary complemented by an uncapped commission structure, meaning there is no limit to what you can earn — your success directly drives your income. What you will do
Trading & Sales: Sell and trade construction materials across the DACH and key European markets. You’ll build and manage customer relationships, negotiate pricing and volumes, and take full ownership of deals from lead generation to closing. Your focus will be on driving profitable transactions in a fast-paced, margin-sensitive environment.
Market & Strategy: Track market trends, pricing, and demand across various regions. You’ll run competitive analyses, identify trading opportunities, and contribute to our buying and selling strategies with real-time insights.
Operational Execution: Ensure smooth end-to-end execution of trades — from order processing and logistics coordination to invoicing and delivery follow-up. You'll collaborate closely with the Ops and Finance teams to make sure everything runs like clockwork.

Who you are
You demonstrate excellent German/Italian/French language skills , both strong verbal and written communication skills in English
You possess a Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Business or a related field
You bring first experience in a highly competitive environment such as Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Venture Capital or a high-growth startup.
You are interested in and passionate about growth startup and to change a traditional industry together with an international team
You have strong analytical and communication skills
You possess a hands-on mentality - only the implementation satisfies you.
You demonstrate ability to speak directly with customers, suppliers, partners and investors, and take the initiative to get involved
